Miraval is a village which champions sustainability and this ‘second wine’ from the château is made with a keen eye for low intervention winemaking.
It’s very pale pink in colour with a nose of fresh fruit and citrus and has a fleshy palate with notes of citrus and white flowers and a long finish with salinity. The wine is an even split between Cinsault, Grenache, Tibouren and Rolle (which is known as Vermentino across the border in Italy).
