Ingredients:
Vegetables: Carrots, Green Beans, Turnips, Peas, Flageolet Beans, Brine: Water, Salt
Directions:
Darin and rinse with cold water.
To serve cold: Dress with mayonnaise or a vinaigrette. Mixed vegetables dressed with mayonnaise can be used to stuff tomatoes, rolled slices of ham or served with hard boiled eggs.
To serve hot: Add to rice towards the end of its cooking time. Drain, add a knob of butter and season.
